It was suggested that maintaining the standard of the first album would be a major challenge, but they seem to have managed it, so serious congratulations to all involved must be in order.

Given the number of songs and multitude of artists, the consistency, unity and quality of the whole project is truly remarkable.

It is clearly a landmark piece of work and a wonderful tribute not only to Burns the songwriter, but also to today's Scottish folk performers.
