Vincent Peirani

Vincent Peirani is an accomplished accordion player whose skilled improvisational jazz had led him him to work with a host of musicians including Vincent Lê Quang.

After studying classical music for the accordion and clarinet Vincent Peirani moved over to jazz and improvised music. During his classes in the jazz department of the CNSM in Paris, he met Daniel Humair, François Jeanneau, Riccardo del Fra. 

After his talent had been revealed at the La Défense Jazz Competition in 2003, he began playing with a variety of jazzmen and groups: Michel Portal, Renaud Garcia Fons' quintet, François Jeanneau's group "Pandemonium", "Friendship" with Daniel Humair and Jean-Paul Céléa, the Laurent Dehors Trio, Melosolex with Fred Gastard and Denis Charolles, Sylvain Luc, "Dans la Nuit" with Louis Sclavis, Vincent Courtois, Dominique Pifarély.

He has also performed in chanson, world music and classical concerts with artists such as François Salque, Laurent Korcia, Roberto Alagna, André Minvielle "La Vie d'Ici Bas", Sansévérino, Les Yeux Noirs. Parallel to these activities, Vincent Peirani also launched some of his own projects: a duo with Vincent Lê Quang, a rock-type quartet, a solo, and recently a "world" quintet with Franco-Indonesian singer Serena Fisseau.
