Promotion code troubleshooting

If you are having problems using the promotion code please see below for the most common errors and solutions.

Problem: You are asked to enter your card details and pay for the track
Solution: Go back to the shopping cart page and check that you have clicked "add".  If you have not you will not have activated the code.  Click "add" and you should see the amount due reduced to zero.

Problem: You are receiving an error message reading 'promotion code not found'. 
Solution: Please check that you have not typed the code incorrectly.  The easiest way is to copy and paste the code to ensure that no mistakes are made.  Do not forget to click "add" to activate it.

Problem: You have tried to enter more than once, but are receiving an error message on the second attempt.
Solution: The code is valid for one entry per person only.

Problem: You have completed the transaction but have chosen the wrong file type.
Solution: Please contact Linn Records with details of your order and the file type you intended to download.
