How to access a missing track

If you are missing a track due to an interruption to your download or if a track downloads as a .part file, you can instantly retrieve your music by looking in your "previously downloaded" list in downloads in "my account".  Your tracks are stored there in case you need them as back up.

This function was put into place in 2011, so any purchases made before it was introduced may still require a re-set to access missing tracks.  If you are unable to download using the "previously downloaded" function please email us.

Re-Download using the Linn Download Manager

If you used the Linn Download Manager to download your purchases. Open this software and click on previous downloads. Click on the album you require the tracks for, tick the box next to each track you require and click on download. 

Re-Download manually 

If you have downloaded your tracks manually. Log into your account at linnrecords.com and click on download music.   On the right hand side you will see your previously downloaded albums. Click on the album cover of the album  you require to download the tracks from.  Click on download next to each track that you require.
