2011 - The Studio Master catalogue numbers over 400 titles ranging from award-winning classical and jazz recordings to the latest rock & pop, alternative rock and electronica
2011 - Pentatone and Evosound release Studio Master albums on www.linnrecords.com
2011 - Claire Martin is awarded an OBE
2010 - Linn is named 'Label of the Year' at the Gramophone Awards
2010 - Linn Radio is live on air with three super-high quality internet radio streams
2009 - 'Mozart Symphonies 38-41' by the Scottish Chamber Orchestra conducted by Sir Charles Mackerras wins 'Disc of the Year' at the BBC Magazine Awards and the Critics' Award at the Classical BRITs

2008 - The first Studio Master album at 192kHz is released
2007 - The Dunedin Consort's recording of Handel's Messiah is named 'Baroque Vocal Album of the Year' at the Gramophone Awards

2002 - Completion of the Complete Songs of Robert Burns - 368 songs over 13 CDs

1992 - A worldwide distribution network is established for the Linn classical and jazz catalogue
1990 - The first Linn CDs are pressed
1989 - Blue Nile - Hats is released. Subsequently signed to Virgin Records
1984 - Linn Records release the first Blue Nile album - 'A Walk Across the Rooftops'
1983 - Carol Kidd's first album and some demo tracks for a band called The Blue Nile were given to Linn to practise cutting albums
1982 - The Start of Linn Selekt - a selection of titles pressed by Linn
1982 - Rene - Reaching for the Sky was the first title to be released on the first Linn label - ALOI Records (A Label Of Integrity)
1980 - The first LP cutting lathe was built as a research product to improve the LP12
