‘WIN A LINN DS SYSTEM' TERMS AND CONDITIONS - NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
The following terms and conditions will, in addition to the terms set out in the online registration instructions, apply to this competition.
1. Participants are invited to enter the competition by completing the on-line registration form on http://www.linnrecords.com. No purchase of goods or services or other payment is necessary for entry into this competition.
2. Participants must provide all mandatory information requested on the on-line form to be eligible for the competition. Any entry that does not comply with entry instructions as shown on the on-line form will be deemed invalid. Valid entries received by midnight (GMT) 14th July 2009 will automatically be entered into the competition. Linn accepts no responsibility for incomplete or fraudulent entries and does not accept any liability or responsibility for any failure in relation to the relevant telecommunications networks, computer hardware or software which results in any restriction or delay in the sending or receipt of an entry.
3. The opening date for the competition is midnight (GMT) 14th May 2009 and the closing date for receipt of entries is midnight (GMT) 14th July 2009.
4. The Prize: one prize of 1 x Sneaky Music DS player and 2 x Komponent 104 loudspeakers. There is no cash alternative to the prize offered and prizes are not transferable. The prize winner can select the finish of the Linn components for their system from Linn's standard range of finishes. Delivery of prizes may take approximately four weeks depending on finish selected and product availability.
5. The draw will be made on 17th July 2009.
6. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date and will be notified by e-mail within 72 hours of the actual draw date.
7. Notification of winning: the winner will be sent an e-mail providing further information about their prize and how to claim it. The winner will be required to confirm acceptance of their prize by replying to the e-mail within 7 days of notification. If a winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days of notification the winner will automatically forego their rights to their prize and a new winner will be chosen.
8. The winner may be asked (but will not be obliged) to participate in unpaid publicity resulting from this competition.
9. This free competition is open to persons aged 18 or over except for employees of Linn, its agents or any other company directly connected with the administration of this promotion or their respective families.
10. Only one entry is allowed per household.
11. Linn, its subsidiaries, distributors and / or retailers, will not pass Participants' personal information to any third parties.
12. By entering this competition Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements as set out in the online registration instructions.
13. The names of the winner can be obtained by sending an email marked "Classical Brits - Linn DS competition winner" to helpline@linn.co.uk within 21 days of the winning entry decision date.
14. Linn's decision on all matters in relation to the competition will be final.
