This week the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards Nominees List was announced and shortlisted are producer James Mallinson and the Chamber Orchestra of Europe!

James, who produced the multi-award-winning 'Mozart Symphonies 38 - 41', is shortlisted in the Classical Producer of the Year category. He returned to the production chair earlier this year to record the next installment of symphonies, 'Mozart Symphonies 29, 31 (Paris), 32, 35 (Haffner) & 36 (Linz)', which will be released in March 2010. Look out for news and downloads coming soon...

Also shortlisted in the awards, which will take place on the 31st January 2010 in a ceremony in Los Angeles, was the Chamber Orchestra of Europe. The COE released 'Stravinsky: Apollon musagete & Pulcinella Suite' earlier this year with BBC Music Magazine calling it "wonderfully characterful...mesmerising".

Congratulations and good luck to all nominees!
