Hebrides Ensemble to be interviewed on In Tune on BBC Radio 3

Hebrides Ensemble are to be special guests on BBC Radio 3's In Tune on the 28th May at 5pm. The group will perform a selection of works from their recently released recording ‘Olivier Messiaen - Chamber Works', including movements from the remarkable Quatuor pour la fin du Temps. Members of the ensemble will also be interviewed by In Tune's presenter Petroc Trelawny, and will give further insight into making the recording and what it was like to present the recorded premiere of the recently published, Fantaisie.
Hebrides Ensemble are officially launching ‘Olivier Messiaen - Chamber Works' with a performance at the Wigmore Hall, London, on Friday 30th May. They will present a programme to celebrate the centenary of two of the 20th century's most innovative composers: Olivier Messiaen and Elliott Carter.
