Mozart Symphonies in the Classical Charts!

22 March 2010

The new recording by the Scottish Chamber Orchestra and Sir Charles Mackerras, ‘Mozart Symphonies 29, 31 (Paris), 32, 35 (Haffner) & 36 (Linz)', has entered the Classical Charts at Number 6 in the first week of release! This great news follows being named ‘Classical CD of the Week' in the Sunday Times and Gramophone ‘Recommended'.

This week's charts also saw the return of the multi-award-winning ‘Mozart Symphonies 38 - 41' from the same team - that's two albums in the Top 50.
