This new Linn Records Hybrid Super Audio CD offers listeners absolutely superb sound quality that can be played on any CD player. Super Audio CDs store more than six times the data of a CD which makes for better sound quality. Linn Records in particular offer some of the best Super Audio CD sound quality available and this new release is no exception.

Emma Bell is new to the Linn Records catalogue, and this, her new classical release, offers some beautiful soprano arrangements which highlight the absolute accuracy and refined vocal of this incredible vocalist. She performs music from Richard Strauss, Bruno Walter and Joseph Marx and is accompanied by Andrew West on piano. Andrew West was pianist-in-residence at Lancaster University from 1993-99 and is now a professor of piano accompaniment at the Royal Academy of Music. Emma Bell also studied at the Royal Academy of Music. Her awards include the Promis Award, The Richard Lewis Award and the 1998 Kathleen Ferrier Award. She was made a BBC New Generations Artists in 2002, is a frequent broadcaster and has given recitals in the Bath, Buxton and Brighton festivals.
