Gottlieb Wallisch - Mozart: Paris & Vienna - Piano

Seine zweite Veröffentlichung mit Werken für Klavier von Mozart hinterlässt einen erfreulicheren Höreindruck. Nicht zuletzt gelingt es Gottlieb Wallisch auf dieser CD, Mozarts kühne Erneuerung durch die Befragung von Tradiertem, Fremdem hörbar zu machen. Zwar sind die Sonaten KV 330 und 332 von Johann Christian Bach geprägt (wie die Fantastie KV 396 von Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach), allerdings weist Mozarts Handschrift darüber hinaus. Wie sehr es in diesen Aufnahmen Wallisch gelingt, Biss und subtilen Witz zu verbinden, zeigt der erste Satz aus KV 332. Effekte und Kontraste warden geschärft, nicht aber überzeichnet; Wallisch riskiert mehr als vormals. Und das ist auch gut so, denn Mozart-CDs gibt es im Überfluss: Das Hören muss sich lohnen.
