Important information regarding discount codes

Customers seeing prices in Pounds

Customers seeing prices in Pounds do not need to apply any extra text to their discount codes after 27 November 2018, that is only for customers who see prices in Euros or Dollars. Your discount code should work as normal.

Customer seeing prices in Euros

This information is relevant to anyone who sees prices in Euros and wishes to use a discount code after 27 November 2018.

From this date all discount codes that were created prior to this date will require a suffix of EUR in order for them to work successfully at the checkout.

For example if your discount code is FREE, after the 27 November 2018 it would become FREEEUR.

For example if your discount code is ALBUM, after 27 November 2018 it would become ALBUMEUR.

New codes, meaning those created by Linn after 27 November 2018, will likely have this suffix already applied. 

If you are receiving an error when entering a discount code, the first thing to try is to apply the EUR suffix. If this does not solve your problem, please contact us at info@linnrecords.com.

Customers seeing prices in Dollars

This information is relevant to anyone who sees prices in Dollars and wishes to use a discount code after 27 November 2018.

From this date all discount codes that were created prior to this date will require a suffix of USD in order for them to work successfully at the checkout.

For example if your discount code is FREE, after the 27 November 2018 it would become FREEUSD.

For example if your discount code is ALBUM, after 27 November 2018 it would become ALBUMUSD.

New codes, meaning those created by Linn after 27 November 2018, will likely have this suffix already applied.
