'Romantic Trumpet Sonatas' is the 'Choice for the Curious'...

Jonathan Freeman-Attwood's recent release, ‘Romantic Trumpet Sonatas', received an excellent on David Mellor's New CD Show on Classic FM. The recording, in which Jonathan is joined by the pianist Daniel-Ben Pienaar, is the third in the trumpeter's series which aims to improve the repertoire available to trumpet and piano duos.

David Mellor, who chose ‘Romantic Trumpet Sonatas' as his ‘Choice for the Curious' said "It's excellent...really quite thrilling". He continues to praise the recording and the musicians, saying "This works well and it's a treat to rediscover what an excellent trumpeter Freeman-Attwood is...I cannot do anything but praise the excellent sound of this Linn CD".
